We support customers with design development based on sketches, reference images, or initial ideas. Our team helps refine artwork details and checks production feasibility to make sure the design can be properly manufactured. A wide range of customization options is available, including size, thickness, plating, colors, and special finishes. From challenge coins to pins and medals, we keep the process clear and practical, helping reduce back-and-forth during production. Free artwork assistance is available to move projects forward more efficiently.

In-House Manufacturing and Quality Control

Factory pin manages the full production process in-house, including die casting, polishing, plating, and coloring. With experienced workers and stable workflows, we maintain consistent quality and finishing across different orders. Our production setup can handle both small and large quantities with flexible lead times. Each stage is checked to reduce defects and keep results consistent. By keeping everything under one roof, we are able to control quality more directly while offering competitive factory pricing.

We arrange shipping based on order size, timeline, and destination, offering options such as express, air freight, and sea freight. Our team handles packaging and documentation to keep the process straightforward. We work with established logistics partners to maintain stable transit times and safe delivery. From production to shipment, communication is kept clear so customers can track progress and receive their goods on schedule.

Q: How to order my products?  
A: Send us your design-We quote you-The proof and payment confirmed -Sample or mass production starts-Quality Control-Shipping out.
 
Q: What is your copyright policy on protecting your client's artworks and designs?  
A: Your artworks belong to you, and we would only use them for your orders. Your designs and molds won't be available or sold to other clients in the future. No one can order your designs or incorporate your elements into their designs. If you request, we will not even use your products in our marketing material. Your molds will be available for your use for up to 2 years.  
 
Q: What is your MOQ for lapel pins?  
A: Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces. Please note that the more you order, the lower the unit price will be.  
 
Q: Can you engrave on the backside of custom pins?  
A: Yes, we can. For a more affordable option, we highly recommend laser engraving. You can contact our online customer service for the best solution.
 
Q: Can I pay in installments (Deposit in advance, balance before shipment.)?  
A: Sure, but with certain conditions. A deposit must be paid before production,  and the final payment must be made before shipment. Payment on delivery is not  allowed. The ratio of deposit to final payment can be adjusted flexibly. It can be  50%+50%, or 30%+70%, with 50%+50% being more popular.  
 
Q: What is your production lead time?  
A: Our production time is usually about 10-20 working days (depending on the  design) after receiving payment and final artwork approval.  
 
Q: What formats of design drawings can we accept?  
A: Adobe Illustrator files are preferred. We also accept PDF, PSD, PNG, and JPEG  formats.  
 
Q: How about the sample policy?  
A: We can give you 2 free samples but you need to cover the mold fee and shipping  costs if the samples need to be delivered.  
 
Q: Will I get a better price for repeat orders?  
A: Yes! We keep your mold on file for 2–3 years, so any repeat orders placed  during that period won't require a new mold fee—making reorders much more  cost-effective.
 
Q: How much does one item cost?  
A: We do not offer fixed unit prices, as the cost depends on several factors such as design size, level of detail, quantity, and technique. Once you send us your design, we'll provide a detailed quotation.  
Generally speaking, the more you order, the lower the unit cost. For example, a complex and large design may cost around $5 USD per piece.
